Quite simply, we appreciate you. We know you have choices and we're happy you selected our little local business for your hair care products. As our way of saying thank you, we'll reward you with our loyalty program. It's free to join and it's simple to use.
How does it work?
When you check out, just provide your phone number, name, and email address and our advanced computer machines will track your purchases (and rewards) automatically.
How many points will I earn?
You'll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on qualifying retail products. Points are rounded down (for example, if you spend $58.75 on one ticket, you would earn $58 points).
What do I earn with my points?
Discounts! Every time you earn 150 points, you will receive $10 off your next purchase.
How does that compare with Ulta or Sephora?
Ulta's standard reward is only $3 per 100 points. Sephora typically provides "product samples, product bundles, or experiences" instead of discounts. Sounds like we have a better program.
When is this program valid?
It's the Summer of Loyalty. Valid dates are May 20, 2019 through
Sept 30, 2019 Dec 31 2019 (extended).
How do I earn points?
Make any in-store purchase of any qualifying retail item, even if it's already on sale. Qualifying items include hair care products, hair appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, curling irons), brushes, fashion accessories, beverages, and snacks. Gift cards, taxes, shipping charges and other fees do not earn points.
When do my points appear in my rewards account?
For in-store purchases, you earn points immediately upon payment.
Can I use my points with other discounts and specials?
Yes, your points can be combined with other discounts and special offers.
What can I buy with points?
You can redeem points on most of our retail products including hair care products, appliances (blow dryers, flat irons, curling irons), and brushes. Gift cards, taxes, shipping charges, beverages, snacks, fashion accessories, and other fees can not be purchased with points.
Can I get cash with points?
Points have no value of any type beyond the previously mentioned discount which can only be applied to future purchases.
Do points expire?
Points are valid for 3 months after the date on which they were earned. After 3 months, points will be forfeited without compensation.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
Points earned from that purchase are deducted from your points balance.
What happens if I return something I bought using points ?
If you use your rewards points to buy something and then return that item, you will receive only what you paid in cash (or credit) plus the points you redeemed back to use on a future purchase. If you want to exchange the item for something else we'll apply the same points discount to the new item.
Can I share my membership with a family member or friend?
Your loyalty rewards are yours individually, can not be shared or combined, and are non-transferable. You must be present to redeem your points.
Can I earn and redeem points at either of your locations?
Your purchases and rewards will be tracked at each location and will not be combined. Points may be redeemed at the location at which they were earned.
How do I apply a missing transaction to my account?
If you have the receipt from the purchase, just let us know. Otherwise, we can try to look the purchase up.
Are Stella Luca employees eligible?
Now that's funny.
You must be age 13 years or older and a resident of the United States to be eligible for rewards. The Rewards Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual per location. Persons under the age of 18 ("Minors") must obtain their parents' or legal guardians' consent prior to participation. By making a purchase, you agree (or, if you are a Minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms and conditions. To enroll in the Rewards Program, you must provide your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
Stella Luca may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) or may terminate the Program any time at its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the Stella Luca website. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM FOLLOWING SUCH CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES.
Stella Luca reserves the right to exclude individuals from the Program or remove points from a member's balance in its sole but reasonable discretion. In particular, any abuse, manipulation or "gaming" of the Program or its rules (as determined by Stella Luca), failure to follow any terms of the Program, purchase inactivity for more than 12 months, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Stella Luca not otherwise protected by law may subject members to program revocation or deduction of points and will affect eligibility for further participation in the program. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. If your Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled, any points in your account will automatically expire. Stella Luca reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. By joining the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by any such changed Terms.
YOUR USE OF THE LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM CONSTITUTES YOUR UNCONDITIONAL CONSENT TO FOLLOW AND BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS MAY BE AMENDED OR SUPPLEMENTED FROM TIME TO TIME BY STELLA LUCA SALONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY PORTION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE REWARDS PROGRAM.
