Variables like hair length, thickness, and condition will factor into final pricing.

Each of our stylists is an independent small business. They set their own prices and they conduct their own transactions.

Our stylists want you to be happy so we encourage you to get a consultation before you start your service. Ask questions, talk about price, share pictures, and get comfortable with the work that will be done.

Some services like substantial color-changes may take more than one visit to achieve the desired result.

Hair with metallic, box-color, or henna color may melt when it is lightened and it is critical that you inform your stylist if you have ever used these products or if you have lightened your hair on your own. Any service performed on such hair may be more costly and can not be guaranteed. In that situation, you should expect more than one visit to gradually get to your desired result and it is very likely that your hair will need treatments to maintain its health and integrity.

To maintain your hair, your stylist will recommend an after-care routine and specific products that should be used. Service like color, extensions, and keratin treatments will not last without the proper after-care routine.

In the event that your end-result isn’t exactly what you expected, refunds are generally not provided. Our stylists will work with you to make sure you’re happy. Just let them know within a week of the original service and they will set some time aside to work with you directly and make adjustments.
